to the web site of the Islington and Camden Mission Circuit. We are a grouping of four Methodist churches - three in the London Borough of Islington and one in Camden Town.
On this site you will find information about each church and details of how to find and contact us. Please follow the links on the left to the individual churches. The projects page has details of some of the projects supported by circuit churches.
Although the four churches differ in style and age of buildings, size of congregation and range of midweek activities, we share a common concern for the neighbourhoods in which we are situated. Each church has deep roots in its local community and the majority of our members live locally.
Urban communities like Holloway and Camden Town are a challenge and an opportunity for the Church. We believe that at the beginning of the 21st Century God still has a purpose for the Methodist Church in the inner city. To help discern God’s vision for our Circuit we are presently carrying out a review of our church life and seeking fresh ways of engaging with the needs of local people.
