Seeking fresh ways of engaging the inner city
We share the calling of the whole Methodist Church, which is to respond to the gospel of God’s love in Christ and to live out our discipleship in worship and mission.
In our communities in Islington and Camden we aim:
- to increase awareness of God’s presence and celebrate God’s love,
- to help people to grow as Christians through mutual love and care
- to be a good neighbour to people in need and to challenge injustice,
- to make more followers of Jesus Christ.
Although the four churches differ in style and age of buildings, size of congregation and range of midweek activities, we share a common concern for the neighbourhoods in which we are situated. Each church has deep roots in its local community supporting a variety of exciting projects.
If you would like to know more, or are simply looking for a worshiping community in the local area, you will find a warm welcome at any of our churches. Click >HERE< to find out more.
