Hiring Halls at Archway Methodist Church
Rooms are available for hire at Archway Methodist Church. All areas on the ground and first floors are accessible to those with mobility disabilities.
To allow for the preparation of booking agreements/licences, please allow at least 10 days when making an application for one-off hiring of premises or new longer term hiring arrangements.
The room rates are shown below. A key refundable deposit of £20 per key is charged refundable upon the return of the keys within 48 hours from the end of the event or by arrangement with the Administrator. An £80 refundable deposit is required for all parties and social gatherings where food is to be served.
We regret that we are unable to host parties or meetings
where alcohol is to be served.
Gambling (including raffles and tombolas) is not permitted.
We regret that we can only accept bookings for worship, prayer meetings and Bible study for Christian groups that are members of the World Council of Churches.
Public liability insurance is required for all lettings at which members of the public are present, this will include groups and societies who have an open membership.

The Octagon
The Octagon is a small space suitable for meetings, community groups, play space or quiet room. It has access to a kitchenette (£5 flat fee).
Capacity: 30 seated (15 if tables are used), 40 standing.

Furniture: 30 stackable chairs, 5 small folding tables.

The Wesley Chapel
The Chapel is a small chapel suitable for worship, formal meetings, small ensemble concerts. An upright piano is available for hire (£10 flat fee).
Capacity: 50 seated.

Furniture: 50 Padded church type chairs, small piano, communion table, lectern.
Flooring: Wooden, parquet type.

This hall is suitable for meetings, children's parties, play space, exercise space.
